Cancellation
Since it is difficult to re-book with cancellations on short notice, we need to issue this cancellation policy:
Prior to one month of arrival, your deposit minus a $50 administration fee will be returned to you. Within the one month period prior to arrival, a cancellation will forfeit the deposit in full.
Check In
Check-in time is 2:00 pm or after. The door to your lodging will be unlocked and the key will be on the counter or table.
Check Out
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. or before. Please leave the key where you found it at the beginning of your stay.
Amenities
Kitchen supplies and linens are provided. Laundry service will be supplied weekly for longer term guests. Wood and kindling is supplied for the stoves.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed.
Number of Guests
The Redwood Cabin sleeps 2 and the Sunset Cottage sleeps 4-6.
Payment Policy
Payments by check only. One half of the total will be due within ten days from the date you make your reservation. The remainder will be due on your arrival.
Refunds
Conditions beyond our control, weather, road conditions, power outages, or guest emergencies, do not constitute a basis for recovery. In the event of water, plumbing, or appliance failures, we will dispatch a repair person as soon as the problem is reported.
Waiver
Guests waive all claims for injury to persons or property resulting from any cause other than the affirmative negligence of Cottages on Ocean Bluff.
